My journey through the worlds of hospitality, marketing and academia has shaped the way I approach creativity and strategy today. I’m Begum Doyuran, founder of Lotus Consultancy, and over the years I have honed my skills, creativity and passion for excellence. With a Diploma in Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, a BA in Advertising and an MSc in Social Media and Management, I’ve built a diverse foundation across culinary arts, communication and the digital landscape.
Bringing together hands-on industry experience with a strong understanding of branding, communication and digital strategy, I have developed multidisciplinary approach to consultancy. This diverse background has fostered a unique perspective, allowing me to combine creativity with strategic thinking across social media, brand development, content and creative consultancy, providing innovative solutions particularly within the hospitality industry.
With exclusive experience in hospitality, food and beverage, I also bring specialist knowledge in bakery, menu and product development, while working with businesses and individuals across a wider range of industries.
